We have had to make the difficult decision to no longer offer refunds on any of our products. This is due to the increasing cost of shipping our products from Colombia, along with the high import fees we are charged if a product is returned to us and taking into account the cost the customer pays to securely ship the return here.
All this means that we are unable to refund you even half of the cost of your order once we deduct the fees we incur, that just doesn't feel right and includes a lot of extra paper work for our small business to manage. We hope our customers can understand & that you can be confident in purchasing from us and knowing you will receive a beautiful & quality handmade piece.
The only exception is of course in the unlikely event that a product is received and faulty or damaged. In this case please take photos of the product you received and get in touch with us straight away and we can provide you with a full refund or exchange and delivery details for returning.
