SHIPPING 

Please see individual product pages for pricing. Some products include international shipping in their price.

 All other orders are calculated at checkout based on your product and location. If you purchase multiple items your shipping costs will be automatically combined at checkout. Free shipping is applied over certain amounts depending on your location.

All orders are sent from Colombia using an international courier service.

At the checkout you will need to provide your phone number which we will only use to supply the courier with your details to update you on your order and estimated delivery date. Orders should arrive to you between 5-12 days depending on your location.

Please note this is the delivery estimate from shipment date, due to the continued effect of Covid 19 in Colombia we only ship once a week and despite using an express courier service shipments to Europe are sometimes still taking longer than pre COVID estimates.

As stated on the detailed description of each product some items are made to order and will have a longer delivery time from ourchase, please check and get in touch if you have any queries at all.

If you are ordering several large items such as large mats please get in touch with us direct as we may be able to offer you a custom price for your shipping.

* Orders shipped internationally may incur additional fees & or duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, taxes or fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer. Each country has different regulations on imports from Colombia so please check if you are unsure. 

Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties & or taxes on their order or refuse delivery from the courier and WATI studio is charged for the return & import fees of the parcel, the return shipping amount along with fees will be deducted from the customers refund.
